У тебя этот крюинг,наверное,попросит денег перевести за визу. Заключение-это развод.

Но АРАМКО не требует МАРЛИН тест для младших офицеров (кроме ДП операторов). И вообще АРАМКО не признает результаты МАРЛИН ни от каких чужих тестов. Только результаты со своего центра на месте в Саудии.

ZDA: Название конторы Morson group. Сайт их существует и контора вроде солидная, но возможно кто-то шифруется под них. Во всяком случае среди открытых вакансий на сайте позиции, что предлагали мне, я не нашел.

Dimaki: Привет всем. Есть тут кто-то, кто ждёт ARAMCO Approval для Stanford? Просто я уже месяц жду, а новостей никаких. Или это на столько долгая процедура?

olegas: Dimaki, они сча Ваши бумаги изучают, процесс не быстрый. Я ждал 2 месяца, потом они разродились. А на какое судно ехаете и кем? Мне месяц остался и сменщик по словам Станфорд сча на ихнем рассмотрении...

Upon joining vessel, you will have to go thru 14 days FAMILIARISATION PROCESS - Followed by ARAMCO EVALUATION– which is as follows- 7.2.2 The ‘Familiarization Training’ shall include, but may not be limited to, the following: Vessel Familiarization: Familiarization of the entire Vessel’s relevant equipment to which they are assigned. Area and Operation Familiarization: Orientation of Saudi Aramco Offshore areas, Navigation Charts and Tide Tables. Practical Competencies such as ship handling, anchor handling and safety standby. Procedure Familiarization: Saudi Aramco GIs, Marine Department’s MIMs and SMS, Contractor Company SMS and procedures. 7.2.3 Familiarization Assessment: A rank specific Familiarization Assessment at the end of the Familiarization Training (14 days or more after the Officer joined the Vessel) is to be conducted by the respective Vessel Port Captain/Engineer to indicate the level of understanding and knowledge the Officer has of his Vessel, including his role and authority onboard. Such assessment shall be attached to the Officer Evaluation Request to the Rig Move Masters Group. The assessment of Officers proposed for AHTSS Vessels shall be conducted on the job in the field covering all main activities/functions of the Vessel. 7.3 Original certificate with STCW endorsement and seaman book shall be available for inspection at the evaluation. 7.4 The RMG shall evaluate Officers and their relief's or replacements for competency to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the following areas: 7.4.1 Rules of the Road. The Officer shall demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of RORs including the OOW responsibilities under various conditions of traffic, weather, visibility, water depth and navigational hazards. 7.4.2 Boat Handling. Practice and Theory: The Officer shall demonstrate firm knowledge of all Vessel’s maneuvering controls including Joystick operations, steering system, main propulsion, thrusters and control change-over procedures. The Officer shall be capable of correctly following Bridge Procedures of safely and proficiently maneuvering and docking his Vessel as per the Rig Move Master specific instructions. 7.4.3 Tide Tables. The Officer shall demonstrate the ability to calculate the Under Keel Clearance and in particular the minimum UKC for crossing subsea installations and transiting / working in shallow water areas. 7.4.4 Use of Radar. The Officer shall be proficient in all Radars functions and utilities as well as Radar limitations. The Officer shall be capable of correctly interpreting the Radar PPI picture with particular reference to early warning and collision avoidance. 7.4.5 Compass Work. The Officer shall be capable of working out Variation and Deviation and applying them accordingly. The Officer shall demonstrate knowledge of the requirements for and methods of error checking and adjustments. 7.4.6 Oil/Gas Field Procedures. The Officer shall demonstrate in-depth knowledge of procedures of entry to and operation inside any oil/gas field including the 500m Exclusion Zone, H2S Gas procedures when alongside platforms. The Officer shall be capable of following SA Emergency Response Procedures in case of emergencies/disasters including the requirement for incident reporting. 7.4.7 Currents Set and drift calculations. The Officer shall demonstrate the ability to determine the currents effects on Vessels navigation and maneuvering/docking alongside. 7.4.8 Knowledge of Safety Equipment. The Officer shall demonstrate knowle dge of all safety equipment carried onboard including their operations, locations, uses, inspection & maintenance. 7.4.9 Knowledge of own Vessel. The Officer shall demonstrate knowledge of all systems and ancillary equipment fitted onboard his Vessel including but not limited to: Vessel’s maneuverability envelope, Navigation equipment, Fire Fighting, Towing & Anchor Handing, bulk & liquid transfer systems, anchoring and mooring, Safety Standby and Rescue Operations, cargo loading and offloading, PPM, and power management. 7.4.10 Navigational Chart Work. The Officer shall be capable of correctly identifying all fields’ chart symbols; create a safe Passage Plan from ‘A’ location to ‘B’ location within a field; and correctly applying chart corrections. 7.4.11 In Kingdom Marlins English Proficiency. Prior to initiating the evaluation of a new Officer by the RMG, the proponent Foreman/Unit Head shall ensure that the Officer has sat and passed the English Marlin Test. In Tanajib and at West Pier, the test will be sat at dedicated work stations, whilst any available work station can be utilized at Abu Ali Pier or in the Western Region respectively. The Foreman/Unit Head shall coordinate the sitting of the test with MT&CU to ensure access to the program and the recording of results.

In Tanajib, West Pier and at specific vessels offshore (i.e. Diving); the test will be sat at dedicated work stations, whilst any available work station can be utilized at Abu Ali Pier or in the Western Region respectively. The cost to the Contractor for the initial sitting of the test is zero, however subsequent sittings will be back charged at a pre-determined rate.
